Polling Stations opened at 7:00 a.m. today for voting in the General Elections in BiH
Sarajevo, 4 October 2026 – The General Elections are being held in Bosnia and Herzegovina today.
Polling stations opened at 7:00 a.m., and 385 mobile teams also began their work.
Certain polling stations in BiH did not open exactly at 7:00 a.m. According to information received from municipal/city election commissions, a small number of polling stations have not yet opened due to difficulties with the operation of ballot scanners, which are being addressed.
Voter turnout by 11:00 a.m. will be announced at a press conference at 12:00 noon.
