Information for Voters and Election Administration
Sarajevo, 24 September 2026 – In connection with the 2026 General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be held on Sunday, 4 October 2026, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on voters to be prepared for Election Day and to familiarize themselves in advance with the candidates and their order on the candidate lists.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina published the certified candidate lists on its website on 18 August 2026, and as of today they will also be prominently displayed on the homepage of www.izbori.ba. Voters can access the candidate lists by constituency to which their municipality belongs by selecting their municipality of residence (municipality of voting) in the “Candidate Lists – Proportional Representation” section.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has also published a number of video materials containing instructions for voters as well as for the election administration, which will also be posted today on the homepage of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina at www.izbori.ba.
The video materials include instructions on how voters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, voters in Republika Srpska and voters in Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina should vote correctly, as well as video instructions for operators and members of polling station committees.
Therefore, once again, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on both voters and the election administration to be prepared for Election Day.
