Mock elections – some polling stations will not open at 9:00 a.m.
Sarajevo, 11 September 2026 – Although the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina planned to conduct mock elections today in all municipalities/cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, some polling stations will not open at 9:00 a.m.
Namely, test ballot papers were not delivered to certain polling stations in a timely manner.
The public will be informed of the new opening time for polling stations for the mock elections.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls upon voters not to plan to participate in the mock elections immediately at 9:00 a.m.
