New Application Developed for the Submission of Political Parties’ Financial Reports

Sarajevo, 12 March 2026 – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of the Council of Europe, has developed a new application for the submission of political parties’ financial reports, with the aim of enabling more efficient, simpler, and more transparent submission of financial data.

At the same time, a new Rulebook on Political Parties’ Financial Reports has also been adopted, providing a more detailed regulation of the manner of submitting financial reports, as well as the obligations of political parties in this process.

With the aim of informing political entities, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina will organise an online training session on the use of the new application on 13 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

We would like to remind political parties that they are required to submit their annual financial report for 2025 by 31 March 2026, and the participation in this training of persons responsible for maintaining accounting records and submitting financial reports is of particular importance.
