Ballots for the Repeat Early Elections for the President of Republika Srpska Sent to the Printing House for Additional Processing
SARAJEVO, 26 January 2026 – The Main Counting Centre has prepared 100,000 ballots for the repeat early elections for the President of Republika Srpska. Today, under police escort, the ballots will be delivered to the printing house CPA d.o.o. Tojšići – Kalesija for the purpose of printing the designation “Repeat Elections” over the text of the instructions on the correct manner of voting.
In accordance with the Instruction on the preparation, protection and packaging of ballots for the repeat early elections for the President of Republika Srpska, the Main Counting Centre has, since 22 January, conducted the preparation of ballots using unused ballots from regular polling stations in the basic electoral units of Bijeljina, Brčko District and Modriča, from the early elections held on 23 November 2025.
The process of preparing the ballots at the Main Counting Centre could be observed by all accredited observers for the work of the Main Counting Centre, in accordance with the applicable regulations. For technical reasons, the Main Counting Centre was relocated to the Education Centre in the premises of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at 7 Danijela Ozme Street in Sarajevo.
