Drawing of Lots to Determine the Order of Political Subjects on the Ballot for the Early Elections for the President of Republika Srpska
Sarajevo, 14 October 2025 – In accordance with Article 5.15, paragraph (2) of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Instructions on the Procedure for Drawing Lots to determine the Order of Political Subjects on the Ballot, the Central Election Commission of BiH will conduct a drawing of lots tomorrow, 15 October 2025 at 11:00 a.m., in the hall of the Education Centre of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Danijela Ozme No. 7, Sarajevo). The purpose of the drawing of lots is to determine the order of political subjects on the ballot for the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska.
Based on the minutes of the drawing, the Central Election Commission of BiH will adopt a decision establishing the order of political subjects on the ballot, to be applied in the Early elections for the President of Republika Srpska.
The adopted decision and the minutes of the drawing will be made available to the public on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
Pursuant to Article 5.15, paragraph (2) of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representatives of political subjects and accredited observers may attend the drawing.
