CIK BiH Member Vanja Bjelica-Prutina Observed Elections in Georgia
Sarajevo, October 7, 2025 – At the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Georgia, Vanja Bjelica-Prutina, a member of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, undertook an official visit to Georgia from October 2 to 5, 2025, to observe the Local Elections held on October 4.
The purpose of the official visit and the observation of the local elections was to examine the use of specific electoral technologies in the election process, including voter and election administration education on the use of these technologies in the electoral process. This is of particular importance to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina in light of the planned introduction of specific electoral technologies in the 2026 General Elections.
