Access to the Preliminary Voters’ Register
Sarajevo, 23 June 2025 – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs the public that, in accordance with Article 3.2, item (2) of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which stipulates that excerpts from the Central Voters’ Register shall be published twice a year in a non-election year, citizens may access the Preliminary Voters’ Register.
Access is available through the following institutions and channels:
- at Voters’ Register Centers,
- at municipal/city election commissions,
- on the official website of the Central Election Commission of BiH: www.izbori.ba, by using the web service "Are You Registered?".
With the aim of ensuring the accuracy and currentness of the information contained in the voters’ register, the Central Election Commission of BiH invites all citizens to check the excerpt from the Preliminary Voters’ Register in their respective municipality/city. If they have information regarding the possible presence of deceased persons in the register, they are encouraged to notify the Voters’ Register Center in their municipality/city so that the center official can carry out the necessary checks with the competent registry office
