Reults of indirect elections for the City Council of the City of Sarajevo and the Assembly of the City of Istočno Sarajevo determined
Sarajevo, 08.04.2025– The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted decisions regarding the determination of the results of the indirect elections for the City Council of the City of Sarajevo and the Assembly of the City of Istočno Sarajevo during today's session.
The decisions mentioned above will be published on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
The confirmation of the results of the indirect elections for the City Council of the City Sarajevo and the Assembly of the City of Istočno Sarajevo will follow once the relevant conditions are met, specifically after the decisions on the determination of the results become final.
In the process of the indirect elections for the City Council of the City of Sarajevo and the Assembly of the City of Istočno Sarajevo, and before the determination of the election results, the Central Election Commission of BiH conducted three procedures for drawing lots to allocate individual mandates, in accordance with Articles 13.5 and 13.10 of the Election Law of BiH, as well as Chapter II, Procedure of Drawing Lots, in the Instructions on the Allocation and Termination of Mandates. The minutes from the drawing lots have been published on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH.
