A public call to companies to present new technologies in electoral process

Sarajevo, 06.06.2023 - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the financial support of the Council of Europe and the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the logistical support of the Association of Election Officials in Bosnia and Herzegovina (AEOBiH), is organizing the post-election Conference “General Elections 2022 - Challenges and Lessons Learned” on June 15th and 16th, 2023 at Hotel Holiday, 4 Zmaja od Bosne Street, Sarajevo.    

The purpose of the conference is to provide an opportunity for all relevant interlocutors of the election administration to evaluate their work during the General Elections held in October 2022.

The focus of the post-election conference will be on the analysis of how the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2022 were organized and conducted.

The conference should gather around 200 participants - representatives of municipal / city election commissions from 143 municipalities/cities in BiH, representatives of legislative bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, election experts from the country and abroad, including representatives of the Council of Europe, OSCE BiH, OSCE/ODIHR, Congress of local and regional authorities of the Council of Europe, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the Delegation of the European Union, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), the Office of the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina (OHR), representatives of the non-governmental sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the media.

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina also sends a public invitation to companies dealing with new technologies in the electoral process to present their equipment intended for use in elections at the conference and to confirm their participation at the conference by sending an e-mail to [email protected]  or by phone at +38761490393
