Sarajevo, 30.11.2022 - The disinformation that the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina is working slowly and is late in the procedures for the conduct of indirect elections, and that some sessions of the authorities have to be canceled due to the actions of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are being spread in the public either due to ignorance or malice.
All authorities participating in the indirect elections are aware of the legal procedure for the conduct of these elections, but for the sake of informing the public, we remind you of the legal steps for the conduct of indirect elections, namely:
The fact that a body of authority schedules a session before the conditions for the conduct of indirect elections have been met is not the responsibility of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but of that body.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina conducts all its activities in accordance with the provisions and deadlines established by the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina and by-laws.
Results of indirect elections for the HoP of the FBiH Parliament from West Herzegovina and Tuzla canton determined
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has at its 89th session, held on November 30, 2022, determined the results of the indirect elections for the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH from the West Herzegovina and Tuzla cantons.

Since there are no representatives elected among the Bosniak people and from the list of Others in the Assembly of the West Herzegovina Canton, the filling of the mandate from the ranks of Bosniaks and Others, respectively, will be done in accordance with Article 10.16 of the Election Law of BiH.

Candidates' lists of Asmir Hasić and Damir Šišić were drawn from the ranks of Bosniaks, and the candidates' list of Damir Šišić was drawn, while the candidate lists of Boris Krešić and Banović Silva were drawn from the ranks of Croats, and the candidates' list of Banović Silva was drawn.
Since the Assembly of Tuzla Canton does not have a sufficient number of elected members from the ranks of Serbs, one mandate will be filled in accordance with Article 10.16 of the BiH Election Law.
