Education of controllers of election results started
Sarajevo, 26.02.2024– The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in accordance with Article 69, paragraph (6) of the Rulebook on Conducting Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is organizing mandatory training for controllers of election results from February 26 to March 13, 2024. Training sessions are held in the Center for Education of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo on the topic "Preparation for the Implementation of Local Elections in 2024".
The training focuses on the controller's competence, entering data on the opening/closing of polling stations and voter turnout, entering results-majority vote, entering results-proportional representation and resolving validations.
Testing of those controllers who have not been certified so far is planned during this several-day education of election results controller.
