Sarajevo, 30.12.2022 - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has at today's 105th session adopted the Decision on confirming the results of the indirect elections and the allocation of mandates for the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In accordance with Article 10.10 of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of 80 delegates, 23 Bosniaks, 23 Croats, 23 Serbs and 11 representing the group of Others.

After the Central Election Commission of BiH confirmed the results of the indirect elections and allocated mandates to the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH today, the conditions have been met for convening the constitutive session of this legislative authority, whose obligation, in accordance with Article 9.12b paragraph (1) of the Election Law of BiH to conduct indirect elections in the next 30 days for the election of delegates (5 Bosniaks and 5 Croats) to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH from the Federation of BiH. Certificates of elections for the newly elected delegates to the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will be prepared in a timely manner and ready for delivery, so the Central Election Commission of BiH is not an obstacle for convening constitutive sessions neither for this body, nor for all other bodies of authority in BiH.
