ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURE OF WITHDRAWING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AT THE FORTHCOMING ELECTIONS PRONOUNCED TO 12 POLITICAL PARTIES

Sarajevo, April 9, 2014 – The BiH Central Election Commission has at today’s session pronounced the administrative measures of withdrawing the right to participate at the forthcoming elections to 12 political parties. The measures were pronounced due to the failure to submit 2012 annual financial statement and to allow the Audit Service visit to the party’s premises.
The following parties lost the right to participate at the forthcoming elections:

    1. Bosnian Democratic Party
    2. Brčko Democratic Initiative “For a better Brčko”
    3. Democratic Party of Srpska
    4. Eco Party E-5 Green
    5. Croat Party of Rights of Posavina
    6. Croat Block BiH
    7. People’s Party of Socialists
    8. Political citizens’ organization “Independent list BiH”
    9. Alliance for Democratic Srpska
    10. Social Democratic Party RS
    11. Serb Party of Republika Srpska
    12. Party of the penniless people (Stranka kokuza)
         

  Today’s session of the BiH Central Election Commission was the first working session for the newly appointed member of the BiH Central Election Commission Mr. Vlado Rogić. Mr. Stjepan Mikić handed over to Mr. Rogić the Decision of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA on appointment of Mr. Rogić for the member of the BiH CEC and wished him successful work.
