Lottery draw of political subjects to determine the position on the ballot
In line with the BiH Election Law and the Instruction on the lottery draw procedure for position of political subjects on the ballot the BiH CEC will tomorrow, September 3, 2020 starting at 11 hours organize lottery draw of political subjects to determine the position on the ballot. The lottery draw will be held at the BIH CEC building.
The BiH Central Election Commission informs all political subjects, media and all electoral stakeholders in BiH that the lottery draw is public. It will be open for the public in the way that the procedure will be broadcast LIVE via live streaming on the website of the BiH CEC www.izbori.ba. The BiH CEC has adopted this electoral activity to the epidemiological situation in BiH caused by the COVID-19.
Following the lottery draw the BiH CEC determined by a decision the order of political subjects on the ballot, which will be applied to the Local Elections in BiH scheduled for November 15, 2020. A minutes will be kept on the procedure, which will together with the aforementioned decision be available to the public on the website of the BiH CEC.
