Accreditation of election observers

In line with Chapter 17 of the BiH Election Law and the Instruction on conditions and procedures for accrediting election observers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the representatives of international organizations, citizens’ associations, political parties, coalitions, lists of independent candidates and independent candidates can observe all electoral activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the conditions that they are accredited in line with the BiH Election Law.

 

The observers have access to all relevant documents and public meetings of the election commissions. They may contact any persons at any time during the electoral process and have access to all centers for voters’ register, polling stations, centers for counting and other relevant places, as determined by the BiH Central Election Commission.

 

Deadlines for submission of applications for accreditation of observers are:

 

-Accrediting observers of non-governmental organizations 26.5-31.10.2020.

- Accrediting international observers 26.5-14.11.2020.

- Accrediting observers of political subjects 19.7-31.10.2020.

 

The BiH CEC invites all the aforementioned electoral stakeholders in BiH to exercise their right and to get accredited for observation of the electoral process in BiH.
