Instruction on conduct of indirect elections adopted
Sarajevo, 04.11.2022 - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has at its 81st session held on November 4, 2022 adopted the Instruction on the procedure for conducting indirect elections for bodies of authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina covered by the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the same session, the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina also passed a Decision establishing that the impeachment procedure for the Mayor of Bratunac Municipality, Rankić Srđana, was carried out in accordance with the law and that the mandate of the Mayor of Bratunac Municipality, Rankić Srđana, ends on the day this decision becomes final.
Criteria and procedure for filling missing mandates in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina were adopted at the 82nd session of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina held on November 4, 2022.
