OSCE/ODIHR mission to evaluate elections in BiH again this year

Sarajevo, August 23, 2022 - The leading team of the observation mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) visited the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina today and announced that this year their observation mission will also evaluate the election process in BiH.

At the meeting, the representatives of the BiH CEC and ODIHR discussed the fulfillment of earlier OSCE recommendations, and exchanged information on the activities conducted so far in the preparation for the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are scheduled for October 2, expressing their satisfaction that the process is being well prepared and in line with the election calendar regardless of all the challenges that have accompanied it since the beginning.
