Meeting Bakalar-Field
The President of the Central Election Commission of BiH, Mr. Željko Bakalar, met today today at the Central Election Commission of BiH in Sarajevo with Matthew Field, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to BiH.
President Bakalar informed Ambassador Field about the key elements of the Initiative for the Adoption of the Law amending the Election Law of BiH, which was sent to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH on September 16, 2021.
The support for the efforts of the Central Election Commission of BiH and the dedicated engagement of this institution in improving the electoral system and electoral legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was expressed at the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by Ms. Helen Flewker, First Secretary Political of the British Embassy in Sarajevo and Ms. Amra Salkić, Political Adviser.
