The criteria and procedure to fill missing mandates in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament – 2018 General Elections adopted
Sarajevo, 27.02.2019 – Observing the constitutional principle of parity in representation of constituent peoples and appropriate representation of Others, and based on certain provisions of the BiH Election Law and the Instruction on procedure for conduct of indirect elections for the bodies of authority in BiH covered by the BiH Election Law, the BiH CEC has at today’s session determined the criteria and procedure to fill missing mandates in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament – 2018 General Elections.
In line with the Report on audit of political parties’ financial reports from 2016 the BiH CEC has today pronounced sanctions to 12 political parties.
