Results of the 2018 General Elections confirmed
Sarajevo, 06.11.2018 – The BiH CEC has at today’s session passed the Decision on confirming and publishing the results of the 2018 General Elections. The tabular overview of the results for every electoral level by constituencies, polling stations, political subjects and candidates is the integral part of the decision. Confirmed results do not contain awarded mandate in the RS NA and the House of Representatives of FBiH Parliament. Acting on the decision of the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH the BiH CEC has yesterday amended the established results of the 2018 General Elections. Amendments are made in relation to application of Article 10.1, paragraph (3) and Article 11.1, paragraph (2) of the BiH Election Law concerning representation of constituent peoples in the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament and the RS NA. Missing mandates will be awarded by a supplementary decision.
The confirmed results are available to the public on the website of the BiH CEC, www.izbori.ba .
The BiH CEC informs all the candidates who have won mandates at the 2018 General Elections, but who decided to reject the mandate, that they can personally sign a Statement on rejecting the mandate in the headquarters of the BiH CEC (Danijela Ozme 7, Sarajevo) if they wish the BiH CEC to award compensation mandate before constituting sessions of the bodies in which they won mandate are held.
