A joint session of the BiH CEC and Election Commission of Brčko District of BiH
Sarajevo, October 23, 2017 – The BiH Central Election Commission has today in Brčko held a joint session with the Election Commission of Brčko District of BiH. Organization of meetings with the municipal/city election commission in a non-election year is a regular activity of the BiH CEC.
Preparation of the 2018 General Elections in BiH was the main topic of the joint session. The interlocutors accentuated updating of the Central Voters’ Register especially concerning removal of the names of deceased persons, as well as concerning entity citizenship of the voters from Brčko District of BiH. The interlocutors also discussion numeration of the streets in Brčko District of BiH as well as the possibilities of application of new technologies in the election process in BiH.
