ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF POLITICAL PARTIES
Sarajevo, March 03, 2016 – The BiH Central Election Commission reminds the political parties that in line with provisions of Article 12, paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of the Law on political party financing (“Official Gazette of BiH”, no. 95/12) they are obligated to submit 2015 annual financial statement to the BiH CEC until March 31, 2016.
Annual financial statement is submitted on the forms prescribed in the Rulebook on annual financial statements of political parties (“Official Gazette of BiH, no. 96/13), and the forms can be found on the web site of the BiH Central Election Commission (www.izbori.ba).
In line with Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Rulebook on annual financial statements of political parties the financial statement has to be accompanied by a copy of the statement of accounts verified by competent institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Furthermore, in line with Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Law on political party financing, the political parties have to submit Spending program for 2016, and a copy of decision on registration of the political party with the competent court, i.e. the copy of the excerpt from the Court’s registry.
