RESULTS OF THE ELECTIONS TO THE HOUSE OF PEOPLES OF THE BIH FEDERATION PARLIAMENT FROM GORAŽDE CANTON DETERMINED

Sarajevo, January 5, 2015 – The BiH Central Election Commission has after considering report on indirect elections passed decision determining the results of indirect elections to the House of Peoples of the BiH Federation Parliament from the Assembly of Goražde canton.

According to the established results the following councilors from the Goražde canton are elected to the House of Peoples of the BiH Federation Parliament:

  1. Kurtović Mustafa (Bosniak)
  2. Fejzić Edim (Croat)
  3. Milović Daliborka (Serb)
The BiH Central Election Commission in line with provisions of Article 2.9, point 11 of the BiH Election Law is obligated to inform the election commission or polling station committee or any other election management body that it is not acting in line with the provisions of the BiH Election Law or that it is violating the provisions and to order to the election management body to undertake appropriate measures. Therefore the BiH Central Election Commission passed today a conclusion informing and ordering the Sarajevo canton Assembly to elect candidates to the House of Peoples of the BiH Federation Parliament until January 12, 2015.
