LOTTERY DRAW TO AWARD MANDATES FOR THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLES OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA
Sarajevo, December 12, 2014 – The commission for election and appointment of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska has submitted to the BiH Central Election Commission the report and electoral material regarding election of delegates to the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska.
IN accordance with Article 11.13, and with reference to Articles 9.5 and 9.8, paragraph (1) of the BiH Election Law and Chapter II of the Instruction on awarding and termination of mandate (“Official Gazette of BiH”, number 37/14), due to identical quotients for allocation of mandate the BiH Central Election Commission is organizing lottery draw for allocation of mandate in the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska.
The lottery draw is to be held on Monday, December 15, 2014 in the premises of the BiH CEC, Danijela Ozme 7, Sarajevo, starting at 10:30 hours.
The BiH Central Election Commission reminds the political parties and independent candidates who participated at the 2014 General Elections that they are obligated to submit financial report to the BiH CEC for the period following the day they submitted the application for certification until the day the election results were certified within 30 days following the day the election results were published in the Official Gazette of BiH.
